Had some miscommunication about pick up and drop off. We ended up having to pay for overnight parking at the pick off spot & were not informed until the last minute.

Renter took communication off-app due to issues with her phone. She tried leaving the car in a random lot until I called to direct her to the proper pickup location. I paid the parking fee upfront so she could reimburse me later, which is still her responsibility. She also tried returning the car without refueling it to its original level until I brought it up. Rated 5 stars only for her first trip, but wouldn't recommend.
Great car, Dax was super responsive and helpful would recommend.
