Rented the car for a full 5 days while my car was being worked on, picked it up Monday first 4 days zero problems, well Thursday’s I went to grab my kids from school and there was a crazy smell of gas, to the point we had to roll all the windows down because it was starting to sting our eyes.
So I parked the car and reached out and unfortunately had to rent a different car for that day, at first she said she give a partial refund for the day not used because of the gas leaking issue, but I figured just rent me another car from her and lower the price for a day so I can feel like I got a better deal rather than returning money to me, that way she’s still making money and I win as well.
Well she did not at all give a discount on the next car I grabbed from her nor a partial refund, she started one then canceled it “as it shows in my end of Turo, well then when I went to return the car I left it with a 1/4 because why in the world would I fill it up knowing it’s leaking gas, which in turn could cause much worse issue than already happening, she proceeded to charge me for the fill up on the van as well, very very disappointing, especially considering I rented for a full week not just a day leisurely trip
