This was our first time using Turo and Jim made it a breeze! The communication from him was top notch. The car was immaculate and had enough space for our group of 6 - 4 adults and 2 kids in car seats - plus our luggage. He even had car seats available that were in new condition and made it easier for us to travel lighter. I definitely recommend Jim
