It was a great rental process. The van drove great, it was in tip top mechanical condition. I did a rental for a short road trip with my grandparents and the seats reclining were great but the seats were a bit hard. The vehicle could have used a bit more cleaning before pickup but overall I had a good rental and great communication from Brian. I would recommend this rental to anyone on a shorter trip only because the seats felt a little uncomfortable after 4 hours of sitting; or to anyone who needs it for shorter trips. The cruise control and lane keep assist makes driving on the highway really easy. I would rent again, just not for a prolonged ride type of deal.

Car is in great shape and drives so smoothly. Interior is very clean! We will return as customers again when we need a larger car for our family. We packed a pack and play, 6 carry on roller bags (in the trunk), 6 totes/backpacks (in the car), a travel size stroller (under the baby’s car seat), a travel size high chair seat, two large car seats, and everything fit just fine! No one was cramped or crowded. GREAT vehicle!
