Communcation was not the greatest upon pickup, pickup was late by 15 mins and gas tank was not filled , ask to fill up tank and host would refund via zelle which they did. Threw my trip time off but vehicle was very comfortable however driver side rear door was not functioning properly (needed to be manually closed). Vehicle does vibrate when braking from high speeds of 80 or 70 mph.

We appreciate you highlighting the vehicle’s comfort. The rear door concern and braking vibration were not reported during the trip but have since been inspected by our maintenance team.
