I believe it is excessive to expect the vehicle renter to wash and vacuum the vehicle upon its return. This service should be included, especially given the premium pricing. Otherwise, I would consider utilizing services from established providers such as Enterprise or other Turo rentals.
To clarify, neither Turo nor our listing requires guests to wash or vacuum the vehicle, only to return it in similar and respectable condition as we given it to you. These are personally owned vehicles, not fleet rentals, and each listing in our fleet is very accurate. You even messaged us before your trip concluded asking if cleaning was required, and we specifically told you no. We were surprised by the communication rating, as we responded to every message within 5-10 minutes that you sent.
