The car was clean, drove smooth, and carried us well. I liked the car but LOVED the process. From pickup to dropoff everything was a breeze. Chaitanya answered all of my many questions promptly and kindly. I'm definitely happy to rent this ride again. 5 stars well earned

Chaitanya was a without a doubt the worst host that I ever dealt with on Turo. I have had over a dozen bookings over the few years and they have all been great up until this one. I had to cut the trip a little short to get back home for a family crisis. Instead of trying to work me with, like he said he would, he then ended the booking and Turo charged me an extra $300 because he wouldnt try to work with me. After he did that he would not even respond to my messages
The car did what it was supposed to but did use more gas then I would expect from a mini-van. Gas mileage more comparable to my full size RAM pickup.

Scott, you have abused Turo to get deeper discounts going with a monthly booking. It is all Turo's rules to prevent gaming from guests like you. You are also lying about a family emergency. See yourself the message you senton Dec3rd 2025 when you made your reservation - "My wife and I will be staying until the 13th of may. It Costs less to book your vehicle for 30 days then it does for 3 weeks, so we will just return it early. I Will communicate with you in the days prior to the 13th to confirm"
