Pictures and milage is very outdated. Suspension and transmission were not great. Host was very nice but pictures need to be updated to the 200,000+ milage van that we rented.

The host was great but the car was poor. The interior was great with no rips or tears and the car was clean. The reason for 1 star review was for multiple mechanical issues. The car had approximately 205k miles and it showed. The motor was hesitating and lunching while in neutral. The front suspension was squeaking and creaking and popping. The whole front end needs to be rebuilt. The transmission down shifts hard while on the freeway while trying to pass people. We took this car to flagstaff and I was worried about getting stranded the entire time. Unless you are planning on doing minor in city driving do not rent. It will leave you feeling like it will leave you stranded on the side of the road. Also, the rear vents didn't blow air and what little air did come through was hot. If we had stayed in the phoenix area it would have become a large problem for my kids in the back seats receiving no A/C. This review is as of 10/3/26 for tracking purposes.

The pick up was easy and the ride was in a great spot. Sure enjoyed the vehicle and we were comfortable. The host was amazing and made it super easy for us especially when our family was going thru a loss. We felt completely well taken care of.

The 200,000 miles on this vehicle was disappointing. It felt like the car was struggling to accelerate on the interstate going anything over 60 mph. The vents in the third row did not work and the second row seat on the driver’s side head rest would not stay up, smacking whoever rode there’s head the entire time. It definitely felt like this car was on its last leg which is concerning when you’re traveling from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon. Felt very relieved to get back to PHX.
