Vehicle was as described. Pick up and drop off easy.

The pickup was inconvenient. Host gave an address of Ray rd which I used to schedule a Lyft from the airport. At the last minute while I was in the air sent a message with an address on a completely different street although the same area was confusing for the Lyft driver and caused him to be upset due to last-minute address change. Then I had to stand in the middle of the street, taking trip pictures with traffic coming and going from the subdivision. Which was unavoidable due to the host, parking the van at the entrance of the subdivision. Van was clean.
Hi Amy, the options are either A) us delivering to the airport or B) guests picking up at the beginning of a subdivision- the 2 cross streets are given at the time of booking in the welcome message. It’s the same cross streets as the entrance to the subdivision - parked 20 feet from the cross street behind the van,with ample room to take photos safely.
It is also stated in our individual welcome message that we will send you an address (same as the cross streets).
