The vehicle was easy to pick up and drive, and was clean. However, there was a slight mildew odor and an air freshener had been used to try to cover it up, but made it worse. My kid with a sensitive nose struggled every time we went anywhere.
Hi Megan, I apologize if you found that the vehicle smelled like mildew. We strive for a five star experience to all our customers. Had you mentioned that issue to us we would have made it right or traded you to a different vehicle. You had the van for five days and not once communicated with us Or complained to us about any smell or issues. We have our vehicles professionally cleaned before every rental.
