As far as the car I was a little disappointed one being that this van isn’t a 2017 caravan so the updated features such as adjusting the driver seat for your back and to push the seat up or down isn’t a feature which is a big thing for me as I have back problems and am short so I couldn’t reach the pedal w/ ease. Another thing that was frustrating was the audio I had a long drive and Bluetooth or aux wasn’t a working feature on the vehicle besides radio which was things listed that the vehicle is supposed to have up and running. I eventually ended up buying an auxiliary cord that works with my phone to play sound as that was the only way music would work. Also the listing said it included tolls as well, there was no tag on the car so when going through tolls I noticed that. Other than that car drives very smooth. Next time I’ll just do more research before reserving. The owner is very accommodating and understanding so I appreciate that.

I had a great 2 week trip easy pick up and drop off went to Atlantic city and to the Poconos very reliable with the Dodge Grand Caravan. Host very responsive with any issues. Recommend
