Definitely a great deal compared to standard rental companies. The car was a little dirty, and the Android Auto was not compatible with my newer phone. But it got us everywhere we needed and worked fine.
A heads up: the John Wayne Airport Parking is a bit confusing with a lack of signage. My family and I drove around and around looking for the entrance and parking level. But that's not the fault if the car or the owner. The were very quick to respond when I got lost and a bit frustrated. So I truly appreciated their support.
