The van drove smoothly. I gave it 3stars because communication was bad. When u reach out to the host, customers would hope they would answer questions directly. Not refer to Turo app. Thats the reason we reach out to hostess because we need immediate questions answered or a clear understanding. Also I think the host should state on the reservation that you will have to pay for parking out of pocket. I fly into SNA once a month, I always rent from turo and never had as many issues like I did with this rental. Customer service and communication is very important. This vehicle won't be a option for us in the future.

Car was good and worked well for what we needed but the car and car seat we rented were dirty. It needed vacuumed out before we picked it up and could use a change on the windshield wipers but worked for what we needed.
I apologize, and have talked to the driver to make sure it won’t happen again.
