Very disappointed. The listing never mentioned a $30 parking fee, yet I was forced to pay it because the host parked the car the day before pickup. Turo only credited me about $4, which makes sense if the car had been dropped off shortly before pickup as expected.
When I contacted the host, I got the runaround and they refused to reimburse the difference. Renters should not be paying a full day’s parking fees caused by the host’s decision to park the vehicle early. Lack of transparency and poor customer service!!
