Host was perfect! The car is pretty much above neutral level. I gave them A+and hopefully I will come back to rent it again!

There were electrical issues with the car from the first day that we rented it. The longer we had the van, the more issues started coming up like interior lighting never turned on, the key remote didn’t function properly, the doors wouldn’t unlock and lock properly, and the trunk didn’t open automatically. However, the host was very communicative , friendly , professional and prompt with communication. While we were dealing with the ongoing issues, we had to ultimately and unfortunately end our rental early due to the key not being able to turn on the car. Host gave us a refund for the unused days.
