The car location was close to where I live, so the pickup was easy. Tigst was polite and easy to deal with. The car quality was good, but the side doors did not operate electronically and I had to open them manually. Also, on the trip, the battery was low and I could not start the car on the last day of my trip. This resulted in a need to get roadside assistance for a jumpstart with a $95 charge.

We had a bit of a communication issue and had to come back an hour away for a small tool we already had, so that was less than ideal. Otherwise, the car itself was totally fine and I was happy it was available last minute after Turo cancelled our other reservation the day of our trip.
