We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting from Minna. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly friendly, responsive, professional, and thoughtful. Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free.
The Kia Carnival Hybrid was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, comfortable, and loaded with features that made our family trip so much more enjoyable. The spacious interior, smooth ride, entertainment screens, and overall comfort kept both the adults and kids happy throughout our travels.
What truly stood out was how much Minna cared about providing a great experience. She was proactive, accommodating, and always available to answer questions. It's clear that she takes great pride in both her vehicle and the experience she provides to her guests.
Our family created wonderful memories during this trip, and the Kia Carnival played a big part in that. We genuinely loved the vehicle and appreciated all the care and attention Minna put into making sure everything went perfectly.

First time using Turo and a great experience. Minna was great to work with and very communicative. She took many steps to provide various comforts to help our trip start off smooth (charging cables, water bottles, clean vehicle, full gas tank). Check-in and returning the vehicle was a breeze. The Kia Carnival was a nice car to drive, comfortable and would recommend for future trips.
