Pickup was easy enough. I like that the airport has a designated Turo space. Some of the auto populated messages weren't formatted to update my name, I was referred to as "guest full name". That is a quick fix for the hosts. The vehicle was convenient and was fully loaded. My only issue was the vehicle was not fully clean. The vehicle was not recently vacuumed, the interior was not wiped out in the center console, cupholders, anywhere... It is always nice to drive a clean vehicle especially on vacation when you just want to be taken care of. Other than that, the process was very smooth.

Molly is a fantastic host and provided us with a very clean and safe vehicle for our trip to Yosemite! The Chrysler Pacifica had more than enough room for my family and all their bags. It is far easier to maneuver through the winding roads of Yosemite than an SUV or truck while having the same or more interior space. The sunroof was particularly nice for taking in the grandeur of Yosemite valley!
