Really nice car!

Overall, everything was great! For a 2021 model, the car was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and gas-efficient since it’s a hybrid vehicle. The pickup location was convenient and easy to find, and the host was very helpful and friendly throughout the trip.
The only minor issue we experienced was that the doors would occasionally not open right away when using the buttons, and the seat for getting in and out was a bit difficult to fold or push at times.
Just a small suggestion for future renters: it would be very helpful to include simple instructions for setting up CarPlay, such as where to insert the cord and which USB port to use. It took us almost an hour to figure everything out, so having a quick guide in the car would make the experience even smoother for the next renter.

The power sliding doors are designed with a safety feature that requires holding the button for about 2–3 seconds to prevent accidental opening. I also sent CarPlay instructions by text, including which USB port to use, but I understand it may have been unfamiliar at first.

Great car! Perfect for driving to Yosemite and back with 6 people. Everyone was comfortable and the gas mileage was amazing. Will was a great host! Very responsive when we needed some help parking at the end of the trip. Will book with him again if we’re in San Fran!
