This trip was horrible , my trip was canceled 3x due to my DL not being confirmed , because this was my first time I was not aware of how Turo worked so I had 3 separate transactions from bookings with only partial refunds. This made it so I was late getting on the road. The seat 2nd row on the passenger side had trouble sliding up. This was a problem my whole trip. By the time I got to my destination the maintenance check engine came on , but then went off I thought maybe it was a system error. On the way home the maintenance check engine came on again and never went off. This was extremely frustrating . worrisome as well as scary. Not to mention all the pics you have to take before and after. I had already put key in lockbox so couldn't get alot of inside pics for the end trip assessment. There were so many diffrent texts with so many different instructions it was difficult to determine what to do 1st. i was also highly dissappointed that although it says to text a number to speak with a host there was no reply, as well as text thru the app. I will never rent from Turo again.

If you don’t verify your drivers license on time, the trip will get canceled so I hope everybody knows that. And just like this, Customer did you’ll have to reinstate the trip.
This Customer smoked in the car left garbage returned the car late and is mad.
Either way, this will be removed. Everyone verify the drivers license immediately to avoid any of this, so thank you for this review..

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
