The car was just perfect for our family trip.

Unfortunately we were told same day a few hours before our rental that the car we originally booked was unavailable and that they had a backup. The backup car had a huge stench of marijuana and was super dirty. This is unfortunate as we have a newborn. States that customer service is 24/7 but it's not. Registration was expired - stickers on car was expired and paper inside car was expired. Notified host and asked for a copy - was never sent a copy of it.
