The odyssey ran smoothly. It was very clean and well maintained. The host was quick to respond to inquiries. We just weren’t sent the message on pick up location until well after we landed so it was a guessing game on which parking garage to go to at first. Other than that, experience was good. Would use again.

Excellent , proactive and good communication. Nice minivan, well kept in good and clean condition. We had no problems doing the rental. We would love to rent with them again.

Great host, clear directions on where to find the vehicle. The vehicle was clean. The vehicle itself is a rough ride! I have previously owned the same mini van without the same issue. This one has been very used and it shows. The shocks are absolutely shot, bouncing down smooth surfaces.
