Hello Jarred,
As stated before through text on your personal contact number that I didn’t get a response to, concerning the issue of your vehicle not having any brakes at all and my family and I being put into danger is very concerning that the vehicle was still listed on Turo to be able to rented with no brakes, and even more concerning to be charged extra fees for additional mileage that I believe should’ve been waived/reduced due to my family and I being put into danger unknowingly and the inconvenience of not being able to drive the vehicle for two days until the vehicle was fixed, later to learn not only were the front brakes out but all four brakes were gone metal to metal!
I also learned today that charges were taking out of my account without me knowing which in turn caused my bank account to go into the negative and this is very unfortunate for me! I would greatly appreciate some type of accommodations concerning these issues. Thank you.
