Host and pick up experience were great. But it was immediately obvious that the photos in the listing were taken a very long time ago, and the vehicle has been used and abused very much since. It wasn’t filthy, but it also wasn’t very clean and It smelled like a cat/litter box when I picked it up. Since we were using it for 12 days for a road trip, I knew I would not be able to stand it and I have an ozone generator and ran it for about two hours to get rid of that smell. Within 12 hours of having the vehicle the engine light came on, but it never gave an alert reason. We were on a road trip so we just crossed our fingers and prayed. The windshield wipers in the front and rear desperately need changed. We didn’t do a lot of night driving so I’m not sure when the front low beam light went out but it was not in operation for the majority of our trip. The van was spacious and got us where we needed to go and the AC in it is amazing. Being that it is close to 100,000 miles, I think an improved upkeep and maintenance schedule could resolve any and all of the issues that I had with the vehicle.
Thank you for your detailed public feedback. This would have been addressed if you would have reached out to us. We had come back from NY and the oil was just changed, the check engine light was not on when you took the van. It gets serviced at the dealer as recommended by the manual. the tires are new and inflated as factory says, they are fat wall tires to protect the wheels from curve rashes. We will check the headlight as we didnt know it was out.
