Minivan was okay, but is has cosmetic issues inside and out. Took about 45min to get to the parking location due to the shuttle. Biggest issue with the trip was the vehicle was missing the two car seats that were booked with it, which were critical to us driving safely with our baby and toddler. I had even reached out to confirm the seats the day prior, to no response from the renter. They were quick to deliver the seats, but that delayed us almost another hour, in addition to the shuttle delays.

Tucker, I sincerely apologize for the issue with the car seats. You had reserved them and reached out beforehand, so they absolutely should have been ready in the vehicle at pickup. Once we realized the mistake, we delivered them as quickly as possible, but I understand the additional delay this caused your family. We’ve addressed this internally to prevent it from happening again. Regarding the shuttle wait, unfortunately that portion of the airport pickup process is outside our control.
