This was actually my first time using turo and I must say... it was an easy booking. The van itself did exactly what we needed it to do. And Mike was awesome. He answered all of my questions and told me how to take the pictures and everything. The experience was awesome.

Couldn't leave until next day because of battery problems. A/C stopped working multiple times

Only cons were that it needed a front end alignment, burned a bit of oil (expected with the age and mileage).
interesting feedback. All 4 tires are new (from Discount tire) and so are the struts and shocks... "Burned a bit of oil" based on our monthly inspections reports by our tech and monthly oil changes this claim is unfounded by an actual ase technician. Yes, this van has higher miles, that why we have our ase technician check it monthly for safety and for mechanical and its all documented for DOT purposes...
