We do our best to accommodate guests whenever possible, but scheduled return times must be respected, especially when another reservation follows. Your extension request came just 30 minutes before the scheduled return and was declined because we needed time to prepare the vehicle. Unfortunately, it was returned 3 hours and 45 minutes late, disrupting our schedules and preparations for the next guest. We appreciate your understanding that flexibility cannot come at another guest’s expense.
Host was so amazing to work with. My first renting with Turo and she made it smooth and easy!!’ She even tried to assist with another rental as we needed to extend are stay due to hurricane. I will definitely be looking for her again when i come back to Destin ❤️
