I did not appreciate the hidden fees for car washing. I was not told until after the cancelation date that I would be charged a $40 cleaning fee, unless I wash & vacuum the car myself before I return it. So I either take time out of my vacation to personally wash it, or pay to get it washed for $40. Rental car companies don't charge this fee, and there were many other Turos to choose from that don't charge this. If I was told this up front, I may have chosen a different car. That said, the car was good, pickup and drop off were good, and no other complaints.
