First time Turo user. Honestly it is easier to just rent a car. It takes an act of congress to get someone on the phone that can actually do some problem solving. But the new way of the world is no contact no talking just use the app
Very confused by the review as I talked to you and your husband personally a number of times. You couldn’t figure out how to add him and your daughter made you a profile with your birthday his photo and number. For future much easier if you correctly setup account and follow basic instructions. Think your review was directed at turo support not me but thanks.
