Everything was great! The vehicle itself and the car seat that we used were exceptionally clean. We had a few questions during our use and they were answered quickly and professionally. We would absolutely use one of his vehicles again

Someone some actually appreciate a clean vehicle. I take pride in our cleanliness. I know it’s a 2017 van I cleaned it like it was a brand new van every time. Some people would skip and go with other hosts for newer model.

Hello , I’m sorry you had bad experience with transmission. It’s a know issue with all Chrysler Pacifica. Mechanics can’t fix it but computer can be reset. 5 minute DIY job.
So I did , all good now. Will have to reset again in 6-8 months . Again sorry for bad experience.
