Vehicle drove very well. No complaints in driving and maneuvering, etc. Spacious and served well for a road trip with the family. Host has great communication. Will definitely rent from this host again.

When my husband and i pick up the car it was super dirty with garbage in the trunk. We were in deep shock. What supposed to be a day filled with excitment especially with picking up our grand kids later from the airport became a day for total frustration. After trying to reach out to the owner about the matter. He said he away nd had no idea that the van did not got clean. I was so angry because we had no other choice but to take the car in that condition. The owner apologized and offered us 15% on our next turo rental which i felt was a slap in the face because with this being our very 1st rental with Turo we are litterly afraid to rent again.

The car is not up to par. The air conditioning was working then stop working. Engine light is on and it is making a hissing sound. The rearview mirror is replaced with a dash cam which will
Hinder you from looking where you need to. The camera is not glued so it moves around. There is a dent in the trunk. I just needed to move some stuff so if you needed to travel or sightsee I wouldn’t recommend it.
I’m sorry but This is nonsense. I have the car to the renter with no check engine light, AC ice cold. Then she told me about the check engine light so I told her she can return the vehicle with fully refund and vehicle swap. She told me it was fine she was just letting me know. Then I check the car when dropped off. Check engine light was on. It has no “hissing” and AC was ICE cold.
