The van was unsafe. He had complete disregard for my safety.
1) Screw in tire. When I picked up the van, tire pressure alert on. Showed 27. I drove it a few mins and the tire pressure drops and I see the nail. I had to take to tire shop and waste 2 hrs of my time.
2) Backup camera doesnt work
work.
3) Speedometer does work. Shows 20mph less than what I am driving.
4) 0 windshield washer fluid. Had to go to gas station and buy and fill.
5) Stability traction control needed to be service, alert.
6) Van was filthy inside.
7) Van had exterior damage on driver side wheel well

8) Van didnt have normal acceleration.
Tried talking with him and he always just said sorry. If I could have found a 8 seat Van nearby, would have swapped. But nothing.

Not bad older car check engine light on but we made it to a-z parked at Miami port for cruise -very friendly and helpful tysm

At pickup, car was unclean. Looks as if I was picking it up after a previous drop off and no one was able to get to it on time. Also, they did not refuel the vehicle, so it was at half tank, this also delayed my trip a little having to stop earlier than planned to fuel up. Pick up instructions were not consistent with what was told in message, so pickup took a little longer. Had to contact Turo customer service to get in contact with one of the hosts to assist with getting the key for the vehicle.
Unfortunately, the battery died overnight and had to call roadside assistance to come out to assist. They informed me to just keep the car on and get battery checked.
We did finally make it back home. The return process was smooth. They have many cars, so it is possible that they just didn’t have the chance to get back out to clean and fuel it. Just wish I would have known that in advance.

Car no have front tyres, light check engine and they smell not good. Rear camera doesnt walking and car has problem with traction system.
