The vehicle was very dirty. The ceiling was stained all over. There were fake eyelashes, crumbs and beads in the rear cupholders. Garbage in the storage net behind the front passenger seat. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. The two front tires were dangerously bald. The auto start/stop engine kept giving an error that it needed to be serviced. We were given the wrong lockbox code ahead of picking up the vehicle, so we had to wait 20 minutes to contact Turo and have them contact the host to get the correct code. The gas tank was also only half full at pickup - I've never had a tank not be full at pickup.
