Thank you for renting for a 2 week trip. We appreciate your business & the opportunity to provide a reliable vehicle. I understand unexpected situations happen however the vehicle was returned 1,431 miles over the agreed mileage limit, which was communicated & acknowledged. A tire blowout occurred the last day of the trip, resulting in extensive bumper damage. The vehicle, including tires, were provided in safe & excellent condition. We followed procedures to address this fairly & professionally
Thank you too Semir! Van was great took a family weekend trip to vegas! With the weather being over 100 degrees AC worked great smooth Ride and comfortable for 7 passengers . My next trip I’d rent again! Quick response time with questions I had. Overall great experience! Thank you again Semir for lending us your Van!
