Turo is literally my go to from now on they are all nice and friendly work with you with anything you may need I highly recommend
You gave us all five star rating in all of the categories and accidentally hit 1 star. Hopefully Turo will correct this.

The car was returned yesterday at 6:30pm I thought I did everything in the app. I have proof car was returned on 5/16/26
Please check your cameras
You’re all set. We did not mark the vehicle turned in late. Sorry for the confusing text that Turo sends out that is misleading. Please rent from us anytime.

Issues upon pick up. Took hours to settle, host had to personally step in. He was very responsive thankfully. Car was very dirty and quite busted up. Cupholders nasty, trash in car, stunk a lot like cigarettes.

The head rest where missing from the seats and that was dangerous. Car was filthy and the gas tank was empty.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
