Vehicle was clean for a 7 year old car. Owner very reasonable and takes care of any issues ASAP. I would rent from him again.

Positives- Ran great- enjoyed driving. Right amount of room to pick up kids and lots of luggage. About 20-25 mpg. Host responsive with breakdown. Communication good.
Negatives- when I picked up car the outside and inside filthy. I was given a car wash coupon to do my own wash. Gas tank wasn’t completely full. Inside, every seat VERY stained. Ended up buying cushions and blankets to sit on. Even though it was mainly clean, the stains were awful. When I put down back seat to store more luggage it also was filthy and had to find a vacuum to vacuum it out. Main driving belt shredded on a Monday at 5:00. He was very responsive after we had to find a place for repair. Spent 3 hours with exhausted toddler and infant for repairs. Left passenger headlight out at end of trip. Notified them. Service engine light on for 400 miles at beginning of rental time and we had van for 3 1/2 weeks. Surpassed that.

This was a very long trip. We did everything humanly possible to make her happy. We failed in her eyes but most customers under the situation would have gave us a 5 star rating.
Great riding car super comfortable. Easy pick up and return. No key fob was super in convenient and back door is a pain you have too get out and push it shut everytime but great car!

One of the side doors does not completely shut unless you lean on it from the outside and give a nudge. Gas is more full now then at pick up. One of the tires has lower number in air but drove fine. Might need more air. First time using. I will use turo again
