The vehicle was the perfect size for our family and trip . Host was very responsive and vehicle was in the spot as stated.

Good van and good service

The car was dirty inside, and it broke down on the second day of an 8 day rental. We were stranded on the side of the road in a different city from our airport, it was about 30 degrees, and the tow truck didn’t come until the next day. The host was trying to get me to do things like throw the minivan into neutral when coming to a stop, so he obviously knew about the problem and still rented it to me. Turo is only going to refund less than half what I paid even though I only used it for a 1/4 for the trip. I spent $66 on an Uber to get my family off the mountain and back to our house, then another $80 to get back to the airport to rent another car. This is my last experience with Turo!

Engine was clunky at times when it was shifting gears. Mostly when slowing down or speeding up. Also engine died many times when we came to a complete stop. Passenger window didn't roll up on Passenger side had to be rolled up on driver side.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
