Overall, the rental went smoothly. The van drove well, pickup and drop-off were easy, and the host was responsive. My only disappointment was that the listing photos did not accurately represent the vehicle's condition. The van had clearly been involved in multiple accidents and had significant body damage that wasn't disclosed or shown in the listing. While the damage appeared to be cosmetic and didn't affect our trip, I think future renters deserve accurate photos so they know exactly what they're booking.
