Car quality was good except for the speed was locked which was not disclosed by the owner. Secondly even though I requested for a hybrid car, the fuel consumption was high. I charged the many times but the battery would just run out within an hour or so… probably the battery is old and needs replacement. The front windscreen on passenger side had a crack which was not disclosed by the owner. I had take pictures when I came to pick up the car. I highly recommend full disclosure while hiring.
Overall a wonderful family vehicle, loved driving it and highly recommend this vehicle.

Regarding the speed limitation was tied to the Key fob (KeySense). The setting is configured above posted speed limits and intended to promote safe driving. The other key fob was misplaced by prior guest and we could not get another in time for your trip. The windshield crack was minor and has been replaced. Regarding the hybrid performance, it is working within the specifications of the vehicle. Please research the next time you rent a vehicle on gas consumption.
