All around fantastic experience. Worked with me to extend the trip where needed and was amicable to the requests that I had. Thanks again. Would definitely rent again!

What do I even say…Paid extra to get the vehicle delivered an hour early but the host still arrived 30 min late. Paid 55 dollars for gas and the vehicle wouldn’t turn on (mind you it was 10 min after receiving the vehicle). Call the provided number for the host and no answer. It took awhile for someone to get in touch with us while we were stranded at a gas station. The host offered a full refund for the trip, but I still got charged all of the other fees gas money (that I didn’t even get to use). If we were still being charged for other turo-associated fees, they should have offered us another car to use. Overall: I paid around 380 bucks, got a 180 refund. So I just wasted 200 bucks for a 10 min ride to a gas station :)
