You gave us a defective car. The car broke down during our trip, and although you came and towed it away, you did not provide us with a replacement vehicle.
You ruined our trip, destroyed our vacation, and wasted the time off that we had worked hard to take after an entire year. Because your car broke down, we were forced to stay in a hotel for more than 24 hours without being able to go anywhere or continue with our plans. My children have been left hungry, upset, and exhausted in the hotel, and because of your company’s negligence and irresponsibility, we have essentially been trapped there.
We were forced to pay additional hotel expenses because we had planned to travel elsewhere, but due to your car breaking down, we could not continue. Our time, our money, our peace of mind, and all of our plans have been ruined, and all that remains for us is financial loss and stress.
I expect your company to fully reimburse all of the expenses and damages we have suffered, including hotel costs, losses caused by the disruption of our trip, wasted time, and all of the distress and inconvenience caused to me and my family.
We are still stranded in the hotel without a car, and this situation is entirely the result of your company’s failure and lack of responsibility. You are obligated to compensate us for all of these damages.

Everything was great and smooth from picking up and dropping off. Communication was great and would definitely rent again in the near future when me and my family return again.

Took forever to confirm my license then caught an attitude with me because I had Turo call him. My trip was starting at 9am and I hadn’t seen a confirmation at 6/6:30am (sent it the day before). Wrong car was onsite when I went to pick it up, so I waited for his business partner to bring the right one. The car itself shakes a lot when driving over 60 on the highway and squeals when you’re backing out and trying to brake, which made me nervous. Difficult to return because there are too many cars on the street but someone moved from their parking spot so I figured it out. Pet friendly car in a time crunch, or I would have used a lower rating.
