The vehicle had a hesitation and a load grinding noise which I talked to the host about
A'Destin •
This rental was a disappointing experience due to multiple mechanical issues. Both front turn signals showed recent maintenance and one with an old bulb still rolling inside. However, both front turn signals did not work, which raised safety concerns. There was also a constant very loud rattling noise from the engine area that became significantly louder after highway driving and when the AC was on. The noise was disruptive enough that we had to limit driving, which negatively impacted our trip. While the host apologized, he was dismissive and no meaningful resolution was offered despite the condition of the vehicle. I would NOT recommend this vehicle in its current condition.
Hi, upon you receiving the vehicle, everything was perfectly functional. during your very long trip (1500 mile+) a metal cover came loose, which is something that we could not have predicted. I apologized multiple times but there is nothing we could have done to mitigate this, and only found this all out upon your return. At no point were we dismissive, and 1 star is a bit harsh for an event we did not have control over.
