Pickup and drop off was smooth. Had to extend my rental and that was smooth. My one issue was that the drivers seat power mechanism was broken so I couldn't move the seat.

Car was just enough room for me and my family, used for a day trip to Philadelphia from Md. trip Was amazing, good on gas
Interior could use a detailing (residue, receipts, dust and debris)
