First I do want to acknowledge that Dmitry was an outstanding host - great communication, timeliness, and he was very responsive when we discovered an issue within an hour of renting the car (see below). I appreciated his willingness to help
Overall, the car was not in good shape.
- When we arrived at our destination following car pick up, we noticed the front 2 tires had little-to-no tread depth. The bald tires presented a serious safety concern. To migrate the issue, Dmitry drove to us the following day and quickly swapped out the tires.
- The breaks on this specific Town and Country were questionable. They made a loud screech at every stop and we made sure to give ourselves enough space given the low responsiveness of the breaks.
- The car was in poor material condition. For example, the drivers seat had a large rip in the leather, covered with duct tape residue that left a stain on clothing.
- No charging or aux cable provided. Make sure to bring your own.
Bottom line - The minivan was drivable (once the tires were swapped out), but I would not recommend renting these Town and Country’s (the owner has several on Turo) if you need a legit and safe car for your family. Not worth the potential risks compared to the money you think you are saving.

Dmitry has been such a lifesaver! Always pleasant, accommodating, and very helpful throughout the entire trip. The van was in excellent condition when we picked it up, clean, smelled good and ran excellent. From now on, any time I need a vehicle, I will be coming to rent from Dmitry! 20 out of 10 stars!
