The pick up was very easy, I give that a 10/10. Drop off, we had to get the car washed per the host request but it was paid for by the host and it was across the street from the pick up and drop location. The cohost was responsive and kind in her responses which I appreciate. The car served its purpose and got us to our destination and back safely.

The van took us too and from Panama City, FL with no issues. Minus some minor maintenance needed, the vehicle drove well and the host were very communicative.
