Car was great and good value on the rental. Only car complaint is likely need new brake pads. I asked in the chat when the shuttle to the airport from the parking lot started in the morning so I could plan returning the car and was told “the lot is open 24/7”. I had a very early flight and there was no shuttle at that hour. Had to take uber to airport somewhat defeating the purpose of renting a car. While overall minor in the grand scheme of things I feel like it was not well communicated.

The service was 10/10 and the car was 10/10; if you’re looking for a comfortable family vehicle that’s easy to park, believe me, this is a GREAT OPTION. The interior space is perfect for 8 passengers, and there is plenty of room in the back for your belongings—we would definitely rent it again for our next vacation.

Has were expired. The driver side mirror fell off on the freeway. It’s just a terrible experience all in in all waiting for a confirmation if we’re gonna get tabs bought to us and put on the car they thought we were gonna wait around all day for a get back I’m just totally upset about this whole trip with the use of Toll services with this car. It smelled like smoke when we got in there they were aware of that said they tried to clean it. I’m just not happy at all. My grandson has asthma. Had an asthma attack in the car and then we had to order more asthma medication it’s just been all around a bad trip.
