Car was great. Very spacious and clean. Gas was filled full when we pick up. The host (or one of the staff. The person who was assisting us was Ms. Miriam) responded very fast, almost instantly. Very professional.
However, i would make one suggestion. When you get on the shuttle to the parking lot to pick up the car, you should advise your customer to specify that they are going to thr TURO lot. For me it was the FOX parking lot. Simply showing thr parking ticket (sent by the host) is not enough and the shuttle driver might take you to the wrong lot. I had to ask the Shuttle driver to drive me back to the right lot. It’s not a big deal for me but i can see how this might frustrate some people, especially the senior citizens.
Overall, still a 10/10 experience. I will definitely seek out this company again next time im in LA.
