Overall, it was good for the price, except all the extra charges that turo and the owner had to charge. Pick up and drop off was such a pain, took additional hour. We had small kids, so it was very inconvenient. The budget parking lot was the farthest lot and the shuttle took over 20 mins to come. Turo refunded $5 for the parking bur we paid $10, small hidden charges like that added up quickly close to $50. Vehicle was older, so it had dents and all but was clean. The brake wasn't working properly, its gotten bad, scared us most on the highways. Notified owner and he tried to protect it more than being underestanding. I didn't complain, it was a friendly reminder so the future trips can be safe.

Thank you for your feedback. The extra $5 parking charge resulted from your late arrival due to a delayed flight, which was outside my control. The fuel charge was because the vehicle was returned without the required fuel level. These were not hidden fees. This is a 2022 vehicle with normal signs of use, clearly stated when booked. It is regularly serviced by an authorized Honda dealer and is in excellent mechanical condition.
Fit all 8 of us while driving around Burbank comfortably. Wasn't able to connect our phones to get the GPS on the screen so that was a downside as long as returning, we had a train to catch and had to return the vehicle early and there was no option to return early. Luckily the host was fast to respond and did it that way.

The quality of the car was good! Went on a camping trip for a family of 5 and was very spacious. Love the features of the car, and there was no issues with the drive there and back.

Regarding the engine noise, this is normal for this vehicle, as it has a gasoline engine and is not an electric vehicle. The vehicle is regularly maintained and operates normally.
