The owner was really helpful and kind. I took the car to Santa Cruz with a group of 7 people. When we were there something happened to one of the wheels. We didn’t risk to drive further and put the spare wheel on, but when we arrived at the gas station to pump it up, it was already too flat. After we got stranded at the gas station at 2 am, I sent a message to the owner. He replied soon after and said he will fix it for us. We went to our airbnb with an uber and the next morning when I woke up, I already got a text that the wheels were replaced. He picked me up from the airbnb and dropped me off at the garage where the car was. The rest of the trip was great! Comfortable car, which I didn’t expect (as it’s from 2011), with a lot of options. The best thing was when we discovered the movies, my friends had the best time in the back watching it on the screen. I would recommend to book this car if you’re going on a trip with a group!

Even though is an older model, it runs smoothly. My boys loved the dvd player. Pick up was easy and quick.
