Excellent drop off pick up, clean car, was great for our big family

Was rushing me to arrive at the pick up location. 10 minutes before my pick up time. The van was not fully filled with gas. I took a picture to show proof just in case he got upset for not filling it up fully when I returned it. He claimed that the van was full when I picked it up so I had to show the picture, knew it would come in handy. Overall very unprofessional.
That's absolutely not the truth he's want to keep the van longer than he reservate it. but told him to have other reservations with 2.5 . Got him upset. That's the truth. He's just kid thanks, though

The pickup was convenient and close enough to the airport for a short uber ride, although he was late and I had to wait.
The first day, the battery dies twice on us. Thankfully, so friendly locals gave us a jump start. When I informed the owner, he first wanted us to drive it ourselves way out of our way to meet him. Eventually he did agree to meet us so we didn’t have to change our plans too much. The fuel wasn’t completely topped off from our drive to the airport, and he overcharged us for that after we returned the vehicle.
Very normal, suddenly battery will die, but we got new battery immediately, the gas matter makes you unhappy, usually all guests refueling the tank and they are obliged to do that, i was trying very nicely way. But you declined, never overcharged, im always waiting for our guests. i totally understood they came from a long trip and a tired delay on the airport. Thanks for doing business with us

Car was in good condition and clean on pickup. Was as advertised. Nozat was communicative. Seamless pick up and drop off near airport. Accessible by public bus or short Uber/Lyft ride. Would definitely rent again!
